Eminent Golf, LLC wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase!

Return

Returns are accepted for exchange or refund within seven (7) calendar days of the original product delivery date by contacting Customer Support at contact@eminentgolf.com.  At our sole discretion, we may offer an exchange or refund for items returned after seven days of product delivery.  All product must be received in new, unaltered and unused condition and include the original sales receipt or order confirmation.  The customer is responsible for all shipping expenses and transaction fees.

Orders eligible for return:

  • The product must be in the same condition as you received it. It must contain all parts, instructions, and accessories.
  • The customer is responsible for packaging the product appropriately, guaranteeing the product is returned in perfect condition.
  • A return questionnaire must be filled out with an explanation for the return. We will email the questionnaire for you to print out.

Orders NOT eligible for return:

  • A product that has been used or that is showing signs of wear or damage.
  • Any custom or special order.
  • A product that is noted as non-refundable, final sale or includes alternate return policy information.

Processing Customers Refund

A full refund will be conceded if the product is deemed unused, undamaged and contains all accessories.
Eminent Golf, LLC will manage the refund by using the same payment method used by the customer for the purchase of the product. The application time for returning the money in the account depends on the card and the issuer.

Return of defective products

If you receive an item from us that is damaged or incorrect for any reason, please contact Customer Support immediately. Items shipped from us that are defective or items that you did not order but received from us will qualify for store credit or full refund.

Refunds are contingent upon inspection of item(s) once we receive them.  Customer is responsible for all shipping costs if seller is not at fault.
